DELIVERY POLICY
We use our own employees for standard delivery. This service is for delivery to the nearest accessible kerb side next to your property. The delivery is a one-man service. It is at the driver’s discretion if they will carry the item(s) any further than the kerb side. Most drivers are happy to help you with the items, but we cannot guarantee this. Assistance is therefore required to unload your purchase.
The product is checked and inspected by us before it leaves the warehouse. We request that you check it is free from damage before accepting it. If your item arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery with the driver and call us on 02393 878250. We will then be able to arrange a replacement for you. If you notice damage after you have accepted delivery, please contact us immediately to let us know and we will then look at replacing it for you. In order for us to do this we would need the damaged item to be well packaged, as the courier will not pick up your item if it is not suitably packaged for return to us. Once you have cut the product it is not able to be returned to us.
